Socialite Studio is replacing Socialite Vault because our clients have become too busy and are better served by a full-service model than a membership model. Services will be provided on a monthly retainer and in six (6) month blocks.
Our new Service Agreement addresses all of these details and you’ll need to review and sign it before continuing.

This is an optional and highly recommended add-on to our monthly marketing retainer. Our professional writers will select one of your newsletters each month as the starting point for a blog post. This blog post is optimized for search and AI models, written in your brand voice, and formatted with curated images directly on your website.
We use proprietary AI tools to speed the process of turning a newsletter into an in-depth blog post on the same topic.
Google does not penalize websites for using AI as a drafting tool, but Google does penalize websites that publish shallow blog post content.

Guys, I pivoted in the wrong direction when I added the AI element to the Vault last fall. In short, I was fixing the wrong problem and got caught up in the AI craze.
You don’t need AI. Your marketing needs real humans and white glove support.
You are too busy to login to the Vault and make selections. I get it! We’re going to give you the full service marketing help you deserve, without a price increase for current clients, through January 2027.

We are transitioning clients slowly and thoughtfully. We’ll contact you when it’s your turn (no later than August 2026) and you can keep using the Vault until then.
But if you cancel between now and then, we can’t offer you the rate you are currently paying.

No, we will keep you at the rate you are currently paying through January 2027. You’ll have that price locked in your new service agreement with us.

If you have unused newsletters from your former Vault plan, we will catch you up on that content retroactively, as early as January 2026, at the rate of one (1) email per month, e.g. If you didn't use any email content from January 2026 to June 2026, we have six (6) email newsletters to use for you retroactively.
We will not retroactively catch you up on any unused blog content from your former Vault plan, regardless of which plan that was because of how much our custom services differs from that former membership.

Socialite Studio operates exclusively in six (6) month blocks. You may choose to prevent auto-renewal of the Service Agreement by contacting us in writing about the matter any time before your renewal date.
Due to the digital nature of our products and services, we do not issue refunds.
Every client must sign a Service Agreement (contract) prior to any work.
How It Works
No. 1ONBOARDING
Our onboarding form covers some new information, such as your brand voice samples, ideal client, business goals, and content direction. We’ll follow that up with a live call if you prefer. You are already a client, so we’ll defer to your comfort level.
No. 2 NEWSLETTER PRESENTATION
We will curate and preset a list of email marketing topics and find replacements for any that you don’t like. Once we have your approval, we’ll draft each topic in your unique brand voice.
This is where we’ll catch you up on any missed content for 2026.
No. 3 NEWSLETTER FORMATTING
We will format your content in your branded email layout. (If you don’t have a branded email template, we’ll create one for you.) We will curate images from your approved sources, such as your portfolio, for each email.
NO. 4FINAL APPROVALS
We will present the entire batch of custom, branded and formatted emails for your review. Once all are approved, we will schedule them to send at the cadence of every two weeks.
NO. 5REPURPOSE ON GOOGLE BUSINESS
We’ll repurpose your approved content as weekly posts to your Google Business listing, at the rate of four posts per month. These posts will be scheduled using Google Business’s native scheduling tool and link directly to a page on your website.
No. 6 REPURPOSE ON BLOG
This is an optional and highly recommended add-on. We will repurpose one of your approved content pieces each month as a full-fledged blog post, complete with SEO and AIO and in-depth topic coverage in your unique brand voice. We will also address all image curation and formatting needs.
