Define your goals for the next 12 months: How much gross income to you want? What should the average cost of each project be? How many projects do you need per year to meet your gross income goals?
Check in with your ideal client: Does a project of this size line up with what your ideal client would want? Do you need to change the type of client you are pursuing?
Line up your efforts: Everything you say on your website, social media, and email newsletters should be speaking to your ideal client, providing them information on your ideal project type, and addressing their needs with actionable solutions. (Listen to the episode for specific examples of this.)
Measure your results: If you needed one project per month, how many leads did you receive before someone signed? What roadblocks prevented others from signing your contract? Can you remove those roadblocks? Common road blocks are a lack of visibility online, a lack of consistency with email marketing, and a bevy of low quality project photos.
