What to Expect

Initial Discovery Call
If you are interested in having us design a custom website for you, please start by contacting us to inquire about availability. If our timeline works with yours, you will be directed to schedule a discovery call.

Signed Contract
Once we’ve settled on the month of your project, we’ll send you a contract for your review and digital signature. Please read the contract carefully and contact us with any questions prior to signing.

Down Payment
Your 50% down payment is due in USD to hold your place in our schedule. Down payments are not refundable unless we are unable to perform the work on the scheduled dates, at which time we would notify you and provide a full refund.

Provide Images & Info
We will send a comprehensive intake form to capture your brand’s unique identity, ideal client details, and your services. This intake form will also give you an opportunity to share other websites that you love and list any special feature requests.
You are responsible for curating your own portfolio images, as well as sorting and naming your projects exactly how you wish them to appear on the website.
All photos, information, and brand assets are due 2 weeks prior to your project start date. If you are waiting on a re-brand or photoshoot around the same time your website project begins, tell us as far in advance as possible so that we can extend your submission deadline.

Design & Revisions
Your website design project will begin on the first Monday of your reserved month. The website concept will be ready for your review two weeks later. The final two weeks of the month will be reserved for implementing your requested revisions. Your website will be ready to launch around the fourth week.
The launch date of your website is largely dependent on how responsive you are during the design and revision process.
Once all revisions are complete, we will provide a short video tutorial that will show you how to make simple changes to the site, write a blog post, and upload future portfolio images. However, we’ll always be available to do these tasks for you for an hourly fee.

Final Payment & Launch
Your final payment is due prior to the launch of your new website. At this time, we will connect your domain and, if needed, set up any matching email addresses.
We will also provide you with a social media graphic that contains a mock up of your website, perfect for announcing your site launch on social platforms or in email marketing.
After your final payment and launch, you will not have any recurring payments with Socialite. If you ever need help with your website, you can request it and we will bill as we go. If your changes are significant, we will provide you with an estimate first. Enjoy your new website!
